Salonpas® Spray
Salonpas® Spray is a topical pain-relieving spray used to treat minor aches and pains of the muscles and joints (arthritis, backache, sprains). Salonpas® Spray contains Menthol and methyl salicylate which are known as counterirritants.
a counterirritant is an agent that produces a superficial irritation in one part of the body that is intended to relieve irritation in another part. The irritation produced by these substances is most commonly a chemical stimulation of thermal receptors in the skin, which produce a sensation of heat or cold.

Key Composition of Salonpas® Spray – Active ingredients (in 80mL)
ℓ-Menthol – 4.0g
㎗-Camphor – 1.6g
Methyl salicylate – 1.6g
Eucalyptus oil – 0.4g Glycyrrhetinic acid – 0.08g
Glycol salicylate – 0.8g
Alcohol contents – 25％(w/v)

For relief of aches and pains associated with

• muscle pain
• stiff shoulder
• simple backache
• bruises
• sprains
• strains
• arthritis

Directions to use Salonpas® Spray
adults and children 12 years of age and over:
Clean and dry affected area. Shake the can before use. Spray onto the area to be treated for not more than 3 seconds. Do not use more than 3 to 4 times daily.
Children under 12 years of age – Consult a doctor.

Warnings
Should not be used on children younger than 12 years without a doctor’s advice. Check the label carefully before using on children between 2 and 12 years old. Do not use on children younger than 2 years.
For external use only.
Avoid inhalation.
Do not use in a confined space.
Flammable. Keep away from fire or flame.
Contents under pressure. Do not puncture or incinerate container. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50℃.

Do not use
on wounds or damaged skin.
if you are allergic to aspirin or salicylates.

When using this product
avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes, or rashes.
do not use with a heating pad.
do not bandage tightly.
Keep out of reach of children.
Package not child resistant.
If swallowed, get medical help immediately.
