Directions:
Fill ice pack to approximately two thirds level with either cold water, ice cubes or crushed ice
Hod the packs ring and screw the cap onto the bag
Avoid leaking by turning the bag upside down and pressing firmly
Apply to desired area
Ice pack can be wrapped in a soft towel to absorb the condensation or protect sensitive skin
After using, drain the packs content before replacing the cap
